The show was about Colonel Montgomery J. Klaxon, a shrewd fox and Calvin T. Burnside, a dumb bear. Their lawyer was Oliver Wendell Clutch, who was a weasel. This issue features a 32 page Calvin and the Colonel story "Money Is Everything". NOTE: #2 only issue in series. #1 is Four Color #1354.
