4/1970 - First issue of comics based on the Saturday morning cartoon series which featured "The Hardy Boys," the famous teenage detectives, as a rock'n'roll band. The cartoon, made by Filmation, aired on ABC-TV from 1969 to 1971. This issue features the Hardy Boys in "Secret of the Orinda Star" and "The Dart-Riddle Rumble." Art by Dan Spiegle.
