This is a full set of 1961 Topps. 23 cards are included with this set that are graded, the rest are raw. You can see from the grades there is a mix of quality in the set. I expect the raw cards in the set to be similar, between a PSA 3 and PSA 7. Raw cards will ship in three ring binder. I have already double checked its a complete set, but will triple check before sending.
